From spanky@wpi.edu:
I think you did a great job with the foreground and midground, but the sky
spher
clouds and lens flare look wrong.

From mikko.oksalahti@dosetek.varian.com:
A calm image with good balance. Funny thing about the lens flare: photographers
try to avoid it and ray tracers try to mimic it.

From d97ta@efd.lth.se:
the only good thing about this image was the lensflare, and that
wasn't even your own!
you can do better than this.

From mmandl@aol.com:
You had a nice image until you put in the title, name, etc. It took away from
its artistic merit. Do it in a less intense color, or don't put it in, or
incorporate it into the image.
Your are a very good artist and I look foreward to seeing you work in the
future.

Very relaxing. The raft is a good idea. Is there a bit too much blue
in the sky, though?

From jaime@ctav.es:
Nice composition, but the (C) placement disturbs a bit.

From djconnel@flash.net:
Nice sunset!! The sky color is nicely done.

A few points:

1. The lens flare may be a bit overdone... this is a
  matter of taste.
2. the hill texture needs some work.
3. the signiature is too prominent -- it shines.

From fisher2@pobox.upenn.edu:
The light hitting the raft needs to be brighter. I can't really make out
any details on the raft. A large blue area light (dimmer than the
sunlight, of cource) to simulate light from the sky might have helped to
bring out the details which are lost in this scene.

From arcana@sinbad.net:
The lens flare, while beautiful, overpowers what might have been a really nice
scene.

From gmccarter@hotmail.com:
A trademark Teddy N. scene: closeup detailed object in front of a panoramic
background. Good concept, but not quite enough detail in the foreground to
make the raft recognizable.
Forget the lens flares, Teddy, and stick to areas you do well. Good textures,
colors, composition.

From r@199.45.245.103:
Very evocative, and excellent use of the lens flare. The raft takes up too much
of the image- let the water speak for itself.
Notable for lighting, composition
